A new job as University Provost meant that Lindsay’s client would be provided with a spacious apartment to accommodate new responsibilities for entertaining and fund raising.

The university would permit some renovations, so Lindsay’s challenge was to minimize construction to improve the layout and enable their personal style of entertaining.

The client ‘walked through’ Lindsay’s 3D model to ‘see’ how adjustments to entertaining rooms improved the flow and enhanced family privacy.

Have your expectations met

As soon as targeted walls were dismantled, Lindsay marked the new walls on the floors and walked the apartment with her client. Together, they reconfirmed the success of the new walls before they were built.
