Lindsay liberated the views of Central Park from an outdated apartment configuration by designing loft-like spaces that allow park views to penetrate deep into the apartment.

The bridge between conservation and innovation

The Landmark Art Deco building style is subtly infused into the interior detailing. While the new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems are subservient to the apartment aesthetics, they function as if they‘re the most important feature.
