HASBRO asked Lindsay’s team to expand its experiential showcase in Manhattan where deals are negotiated and orders written. The playful theatric spaces belie the New York City regulatory hurdles that were cleared and the mechanical challenges overcome.

Designed to bring joy

It’s hard to tell what parts are new even though the show space was doubled, a suite of sales offices was created and a new boardroom added.

Change of Use, Change of Occupancy, NYC Landmarks Commission Approvals and ADA Accessibility were all accomplished for the Project.
